User Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to StillHere.

StillHere is a minimalist habit-tracking and reward system designed to encourage consistency, self-reflection, and mutual support. By accessing or using StillHere, you agree to this User Agreement.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What StillHere Is (and Is Not)

StillHere is:

  • A personal consistency and record-keeping tool
  • A system that rewards daily participation and voluntary support of others

StillHere is not:

  • A financial investment product
  • A promise of income or profit
  • A social network or messaging platform
  • A substitute for professional advice or services

All rewards are system-defined virtual units ("U") used only within StillHere.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement or abuse the system.

4. Daily Check-ins and Records

  • Users may record one daily check-in per day.
  • Check-ins represent personal participation only.
  • Missed check-ins may be restored through the make-up (补卡) feature, subject to system rules and limits.

Records are non-transferable and cannot be altered beyond allowed system functions.

5. Rewards ("U")

  • "U" is a non-monetary virtual unit, not legal tender.
  • "U" has no guaranteed real-world monetary value.
  • Rewards are issued based on system rules, including:
    • Daily check-ins
    • Helping others complete their check-ins
    • Other activities defined by the system

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust reward rules
  • Correct errors
  • Revoke rewards obtained through abuse or manipulation

6. Helping Others

  • Users may help others by participating in the Help Pool system.
  • Helping is voluntary and does not create legal or financial obligations.
  • StillHere does not guarantee that help actions will always result in rewards.

7. Payments and Unlocks

Some features may require payment (e.g., unlocking additional help slots).

  • Payments are final once confirmed
  • Unlocks become effective only after system verification
  • StillHere is not responsible for blockchain/network delays or user input errors

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Exploit bugs or loopholes
  • Use automation, bots, or scripts
  • Attempt to duplicate rewards
  • Harass or manipulate other users
  • Use StillHere for illegal purposes

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

9. Service Availability

StillHere is provided "as is".

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Data permanence beyond reasonable safeguards

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • StillHere shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for personal outcomes, habits, or decisions

Your use of StillHere is at your own discretion.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of StillHere means acceptance of the updated terms.
